Beware of breeders utilizing siblings for their breeding programs as the formentino coat color is highly desirable on the market and many breeders outright ignore inbreeding to make profit.

It is a solid base coat color with solid tan markings seen on the face chest andor legs. The most common colors are black gray fawn red and brindle. Lighter-color dogs typically have a gray mask over the eyes and muzzle.

In short they look like they mean business because they do mean business.

This is a coat pattern which is darker than the base coat and irregular in shape. Regular grooming with a rubber brush or bristle brush should help you minimize the shedding though. A Cane Corso can be a demanding dog and one thats difficult to handle. In the right hands a Cane Corso can be a wonderful dog a valued family member and a great canine citizen.
